Suzanna was baptised this Sunday and we were honored to be special guests as Phil is her Godfather. (We drove down to PA Friday night, Megan doing a great job through her first PA trek -- only had to stop twice, both stops we probably would have made anyway but maybe just hung out a bit longer than usual.)
I didn't take any pics Saturday, but should have because Grammy organized a very fun treasure hunt for Pip and Viv in her backyard. They had a blast searching for prizes by following her drawn clues. Awesome! We also enjoyed a visit with the Munscher's. Karl and Becky look fabulous and Aidan, Pip and Viv actually played semi-independently and happily giving us a change to catch up. Madelyn is such a cutie!!! After their visit we header over to George's to all sorts of loud play. They have the new Kinect wii thingy -- so more dance contests of course!
Sunday was the baptism -- can you believe how beautiful she is??!! The dress was the same dress Jen wore when she was baptised.
There were lots of people at the baptism (3 children were baptised and I would estimate well over 20 guests were present per child), so the church was filled with the noisy din of children. Thus my job of keeping Pip and Viv quiet during the ceremony was made easier. Megan slept the whole time. How awesome is this very rare full family photo!!
