I recall Pip, Viv, and Bridget were busy up in the loft for quite some time. There was some scurrying back and forth ... which hindsight indicates might have been for more staples. After about a half hour they emerged, very proud, with this banner. I was mighty impressed.
They actually continued to work, using up the whole coloring book of sheets, and I think it ended up about twice as long. In the end, their attention to detail in the coloring phase was losing luster. Phil commented that one page with sheep was completely uncolored ... Bridget's immediate response? "That because sheep are supposed to be white!" Indeed.
