Day 3, Boston

Day 3 looked like rain so rather than hit the beach we decided to head into Boston.  It turned out to be a good idea.  It alternated between sweltering humidity and torrential downpours.  We luckily timed the Duck Boats during the humid part!

Elin thinks this is serious business.

Pip and Viv are quacking about!

An almost family photo.

And a full-fledged one!

Next we met up with the Stones and Cantins at the Children's Museum.  It was PACKED.  I say PACKED.  Luckily the feeling of sardines does not hamper our kids in the least.  Pip and Viv stayed in the bubble room for what seemed like hours.  Viv made friends with a Spanish exchange student who taught her all sorts of bubble tricks.

Pip demonstrates in Peep's World what it would be like if it was Pip's World.  Probably rather dangerous.

Despite the fact that the "pirate ship", as Pip calls it, was overrun with children to the point of being unequivocally a saftey hazzard, Pip could not get enough.  Trampled?  Pushed?  Shoved?  All part of the fun.  Here he is enjoying the view from the top, where apparently not all the rest of the kids made it!

And scaling the wall in the Wizard of Oz!

Pip was beginning to grow fond by Day 3 of his new live-in friend, Cade.  Here's a drawing he made one morning!
