Thumbs Up

This year we held an impressive Mac N' Cheese Throwdown the Saturday after Christmas at the Balas residence. There were 4 entries: Matt, Jen, Phil, and Big Phil. Each submitted a glorious version for judging. We had ten judges, plus some very happy kids who sampled happily.






The winning entry was Phil's ... which was felt to be the creamiest, cheesiest, most authentic of the bunch.
