Pip was invited to swing at Grace and Catherine's swim club and Meg was sleeping. Me and Viv got to spend some quality time just the two of us. We did mosaic stickers together.

Rainbow
Has to be a good sign ... the first rainbow I've seen at our home, on the day we returned from our Anniversary trip. It's good to be home.

10 years
Much has changed over the last ten years. One thing that's changed is that I love Phil about ten times more now than when I married him.
This was our first trip together, without the kids, since before Vivie was born. Phil planned the whole thing and surprised me completely. Thought we were going to Rockport for one night, turns out it was Montreal for two! Only downside was the realization that he can lie pretty well. Thank goodness he uses those powers for good.
Took me back to the days we used to really explore a city. We rented some bixi's and never stopped.

Down by Olde Port:

About to cross over the bridge to the Isle of Montreal.
A view of St. Catherine street, in the Quarter of Spectacles:

Me and Phil, the morning we have to return home, by the Notre Dame Catherdral.

Archery
One of Pip's favorite camp activities is archery. Among other things, he is learning the importance of aiming accurately. Appears at least one other camper is not.

Lake George
We were very lucky to have been invited to spend a weekend at Lake George with the Hoffenberg's. A great trip all the way around. Pip and Viv could not get enough of the lake.
Here's Pip working on his cannonball.
Swimming on the raft.
Me and Viv went seriously exploring on that raft!
Meg loved the water too. She got pretty confident walking around the dack by the end, but still definitely needed help in the water!
Me and Phil. Love that man.
Pip, Ella, and Tracey sticking it out in the heat and humidity. It was coolest by the screen.
It was late, I was exhausted and I have no idea how Tracey keeps going sometimes.
We tried to go to the summit of Mt. Prospect, but the weather had other ideas. Was a rather fun adventure to be stuck in the car instead.
Here's my commentary:
I was dared to run out and grab some trash. I rarely say no to a dare.
This is later in the day. Meg trotting happily in water puddles, unaware of the Duffy Drama.
