Eatin Meg's foot!

While waiting for her ear appointment!  Video & Pics thanks to Pip!

Carrots

My little Meggie now eats carrots in the raw!

Charlie Brown Christmas

Meg's first viewing of Charlie Brown Christmas.

She quickly got tired of sitting -- even with food to distract her.  Seriously, who would want to sit still to watch a video??  Now, covered in food she got her wish to disrobe.  And played a game of Hide and Peak instead.

Hot Glue Gun

Pip's first request from Santa this Christmas was for a hit glue gun.  He was dumbfounded when I told him we had one in the basement.  Seriously??  We've had one all this time??

Little busy-body got to work immediately on some fairy houses.

Beans

I thank Elena for this little idea.  I did rice & pasta.  Why not beans?

Children's Museum with Rhiannon and Ever!

Pics from our trip to the kid's museum!

Snow to end the year

Just in the nick of time we got a nice 6 inches to close out the year.  The kids bundled up and played happily!

Snowcones

George visited with Iggy and Marley the weekend after Christmas!  These dogs were little cuddle bugs and they were quite lucky we did not steal one.

They were fond of the authentic snow cones!

Christmas Morning

Being at home this Christmas was a little bitter sweet.  As hectic as traveling can be, we missed our extended families.  But being home was quiet and peaceful.  Pip woke up first at 7 on the dot, of course, and we were amazing to find huge flakes covering the outside with a think blanket of snow.

We made coffee and breakfast and then woke Daddy and Vivie.  Pip and Viv each opened 3 presents and played nicely while we waited for Meg to wake up.  Meg finally woke up around 8:30 and we slowly opened the rest of the presents.  We spent the rest of the day playing with our toys by the fire and relaxing.  Around dinner time I realized we hadn't planned food so Phil and I ordered some very yummy (spicy!) Thai and we ate it watching School of Rock with Pip and Viv.

A successful and peaceful Christmas with those I love the most.
